  1. LIVE SB REPORT

What’s a city? Its people, we say… More than its architectural specifics or urban furniture. Because they are making the doing and undoing, the everyday life of the city, and pumps in and out the blood into its streets.
This is why, when came the idea to shoot a snapshot of Paris in its Now, we all looked at Augustin Giovannoni, because he knows everybody, because he is everywhere at the same time, and because he always knows what is up. He is skateboarding in Paris. And it has been true since we launched LIVE –and even before that– despite his young age. Here lies his very own take on his city, one that belongs as much to its locals as its visitors. He’s crossed paths with them all, during a year, and here is what he made of it all.
A report supported by Nike SB, illuminated by Alexis Jamet’s animations and put in music by Matias Elichabehere, through a custom fit new track.

  2. PLUS / Bordeaux / Premiere

The "PLUS" episodes tell the adventures of a little crew of friends, coming from the town of Nancy, and now known as "The Roomies" in the streets of Paris. Yes, they more or less live all together, to the point they even go on group holidays. A "PLUS" is an edit, filmed and cut by Victor Demonte, sharing those few days spent here or there, and the skating shared with the locals that hosted them. Nothing less, nothing more… And they started their summer with a short but busy week in Bordeaux! Enjoy as a Live Skateboard Media exclusive!
  3. PLUS / Marseille / Premiere

The summer is young, and "the Roomies" are still migrating around Europe, this time posing their bags for a few days in Marseille, sharing sessions and unexpected pots with the locals. This city is rarely visited, somehow, and full of resources…
  4. Meeting… Alex Raeymaekers!

Just as we did with Noah Bunink, recently, we will propose you, tomorrow, a remix of all the young Belgian footage for Pop Trading Company. Until then, we sent Aymeric Nocus his way, to get to know him a little bit more…

  5. Rebound

Beware: you're in for a laugh or two! Romain Batard is known to be able to convey the explosive side of skateboarding, as well as its hilarious side, the way it is all interlaced in real life. His new full-length is in direct lineage of his precedent pieces, only with a wider spectrum of skaters, due to his recent move to Paris. Rebound confirms also a recent philosophical theory pointing out the fact that in French street skating, Hugo Maillard always steals the show, as he appears to have way more fun than anyone else, while steady killing it. This is gold, Jerry, gold!

  6. Le p'tit Plus!

Logical follow-up of his summer series  PLUS, Victor Demonte gets on piecing it all together, giving each a little shine, starting by Louis Perruchaud. Real good idea, as Louis often has a lil' surprising plus for the spot, especially in lines. Let's note the wallie nose manual in Marseille, amongst other things.
  7. "ERORI" / WASTED / PREMIERE

"ERORI" is the name of the new Wasted video, filmed over about ten days whilst on a trip to Zaragoza, Spain. LIVE here, and now!

The great Olivier Fanchon was in charge of the editing, and found some time to spare to present his newborn to you in a few paragraphs, just below...

  8. Bigger Spin / EP 014 - Charles Collet

The second episode in the second series of French skateboarding podcast, Seb Charlot and Arnaud Dedieu's Big Spin, just came out! You may be familiar with the routine by now - such an event is synonymous with the corresponding complementary Bigger Spin article. In both cases, Charles Collet gets the spotlight this time, as the show's latest guest. The Grenoble grom inspired by local names such as Soy Panday and Nicolas Levet, but also by Dustin Dollin in the early 2000's promptly grew up into an early Cliché staple head, relocating to Lyon, hanging out with the Antiz guys and revealing himself throughout his career. Well, much more about that in the new episode of Big Spin, stremable above, and if you can't grasp the French language then fear not: the Bigger Spin on this page should help you comprehend all you need to know!
