Filip Almqvist

Surf's up!

Well, yep, easy title to say the least, but what better way to sum up Shin Sanbongi's flow, here perfectly captured by Chris Mulhern? And what better way to kick off the week, with an overdose of style applied to less than facilitating urban landscapes? Add some Busenitz seasoning on top f it all, and you got your mandatory Monday watch!

Blobys alert!

"Quoi de neuf à Paris?" Well, a lot of stuff, but most importantly, the Blobys are back! We can see that lately the beautiful French capital has been returned from top to bottom, and not only by locals. Filmed and edited by Hadrien Buhannic, this video brings together an amazing list amazing of skaters. Almost all the Parisian scene is present and the youth is particularly well represented with among others Auguste Bouznad who shone lately in the Mômes videos or Amiel Kornicki. In terms of foreign connections there are obviously as usual Heitor Da Silva and Gunes Özdogan, but what a pleasure to see Filip Almqvist and his fluid style again since the Das Days. If not, is it necessary to remember how well Karl Salah, Roman Gonzales and the rest of the crew master the discipline? Nothing to say, nine minutes of pure happiness, of pure skating in Paris.

Boum!

Das Days Paris, was not just a great week of events and reasons to gather together and share, it was also made of a lot, and we mean a lot of skateboarding… Proof here in moving pictures, and a great selection of European riders and motivated locals. Trust us, you will be sitting in front of your screen for long after this!

Snapshot

Phil Evans is back with a new themed edit, this time based around the photographic formats that shaped the history of skateboarding on paper, and with also a fine selection of Malmö skaters you don't necessarely se often. Add a custom soundtrack by Gibbo, and you are in for a treat!
