UNEMPLOYED / "Trial Period" / GALLERY

Our favorite self-proclaimed Unemployed people actually run a griptape company from Marseille, France, and just put out a new edit: "TRIAL PERIOD", as though to showcase a willpower to make their own designation lie. They are indeed super productive, with still plenty in the works; as far as recent productions, one might remember "AVANCE L'ARRIERE". This new edit is about fifteen minutes long yet will leave you wanting for more, as the (trip) footage will cocoon you in a world of perfect spots of all kinds like the South of France altogether has to offer: Marseille, Lyon and the general region, although they did go to Paris for some tech prowess.

Among the featured skaters are Victor CampilloNassim LachhabMatisse Banc and many more; watch the video on this page, and take a gander at the photo gallery above that Brian Bunting was kind enough to contribute, just so we could present it to you.

PREMIERE / Diligent "Queen Mary II" / Flo Bavouzet / INTERVIEW

We were foretelling you just yesterday: the year two thousand nineteen is prone to be packed with video releases aplenty, as visibility now makes for the most critical sinews of war. This time, it is Lyon, France-based Diligent Skateboards that is presenting you their newest production (marking the second clip from a French company to drop in just two days since New Year's), and they're making it clear that the aforementioned war is none of their concern. Their full-length "Queen Mary II" is a pretty blatant demonstration of just that, so LIVE Skateboard Media went to catch up with Diligent founder Flo Bavouzet, pretty credible in the role of the French underground O.G., in order to chit chat about what he cared about instead.

"Plus Belle La HY" / PREMIERE

If you regularly read LIVE Skateboard Media or just follow the French underground skate scene in general, then you should be familiar with the entity or at least the name HY Skate BagLIVE even interviewed Paul Austin about the brand and its previous video offering "Par HY", a few months back. "Plus Belle La HY" is - you guessed it - the title of their newest one, featuring Constantin Delmas, Fred Plocque-Santos, Pierre Leze, Pako Pion, Matt Débauché, Antoine Roussel, Léo Cholet, Florian Merten, PJ Chapuis, Victor Cascarigny, Matisse Banc, Nassim Lachab, Ben Raitano, Victor Campillo, Leezola and Paul himself (small roster...), hereby documented on a week-long skate holiday to Marseille. And just as it sounds like we could all use this type of sun ray sometime, the aforementioned Paul Himself decide to contribute to the warmth by chiming in!
