P.A’s tip : "Homies Network"

So yes! They are not skateboarders with an irreproachable style. Yes, they are not the greatest technicians that skateboarding has ever known. But is it really necessary to be the best when you have so much fun while being on a board, just riding, succeeding or even missing tricks? Everyone sees things and enjoys the sport in his own way, all we can say about "Homies Network" is that they all found what makes them happy in this discipline. Beyond that they are all very good skaters full of passion that brings a real breath of fresh air on the current skateboard scene. Here, there is no good or bad trick, just something you want to do at a certain moment because it can be funny, and that's it! That's how we end up doing noseslide to pop out tailgrab or good big ollies barefoot. When you don’t care about much, the only limit is surely your imagination.

P.A.'s tip : "Ether"

After watching, it's hard to say if you're intrigued or impressed, but Cooper Winterston's "Ether" is something! Twenty minutes of creativity through the pirouettes and the balance games of Grace Ahlbom, the Cooper in question and especially Stephen Ostrowski. On one side we can find everything that will work in any video, speed, technical flip tricks almost perfectly executed. Awesome! But why limit yourself to that? Here the way to approach spots is really unique, at any time can spring a banger as confusing as breathtaking. Imagine if we could see Ben Kadow or Kevin Rodrigues in it!

Raw Cali!

Those Threads guys know about that abraive and punchy street skating thing, and this compilation only confirms that fact, while also adding fire to the strange rumor stating that there is more to California than handrails in schoolyards!

Classic Garson!

Yes, Max Garson confirms here his clean and powerful approach of well selected spots can be labeled as "classic" in the best possible way. One will notably note his take on the BART station spot in S.F!

Mean meat

The LURK are here, with a Max Garson featuring, and a Shanahan that is single handedly bringing back the early 2000 / fat shoes look back…

(Almost) raw Alien!

A look back at Bunker Down, first real project of the revived Alien Workshop, with the totality of the footage produced for it during a Detroit trip. Prepare yourself for a lot of skating, in the ever so-photogenic quasi-ghost town, and a nice windown into the "real level" of the crew, on a daily basis. Let's actually note the omnipresence of Brandon Nguyen, whatever the spot might be!

Bean Bag

A buddy video that appears to be dedicated to a coffee, now that is rare enough to be noted. Lots of dope featurings, including our boy Charles Lamb, and the always great Max Garson! Let's also note an often surprising Christian Miller…

Straight outta Denver!

This part filmed in three weeks and one pair of shoes by Max Garson for Huf adds up a chance to discover spots from a city far, far away from us, the occasion to catch up with a skater that had already surprised us, and also a section to put us in the mood for the real winter months that are coming!

The hour is now

So, here it is… The first video offering from a rebirthed Alien Workshop, Bunker Down! And debates are about to explode. Should the Workshop have survived with a new team? Is "tradition" respected? When everybody that has been following Alien Workshop since it very first advertisement in a magazine – quite the enigmatic one– will tell you how many times the brand has risen from the ashes many times, sometimes going from empty shell with no real rider anymore to cult subject again sometimes overnight. Will it be the case this time? Well, the youth will decide… Sorry, old farts. You had your Workshop, whichever it was, and it is now time for a new generation to decide if they should have one.

From our side, we will note here a surprising Max Garson that puts his name on the map in the matter of a couple lines!
