Ben Kadow

A manual of ultra-violence

Four minutes of self-harm, courtesy of mister Kadow… An exemple to follow! Or not?

Raw sugar

Where William Strobeck revives all the fundamentals of San Francisco skateboarding with a fresh twist, in exactly twenty-seven minutes and fourteen seconds… From the unadulterated downhill rodeo that have made the GX 1000 crew famous to Sammy's line at EMB, this is got something for everybody and as everybody was waiting for it, well, this is just perfect…

P.A.'s tip : "Ether"

After watching, it's hard to say if you're intrigued or impressed, but Cooper Winterston's "Ether" is something! Twenty minutes of creativity through the pirouettes and the balance games of Grace Ahlbom, the Cooper in question and especially Stephen Ostrowski. On one side we can find everything that will work in any video, speed, technical flip tricks almost perfectly executed. Awesome! But why limit yourself to that? Here the way to approach spots is really unique, at any time can spring a banger as confusing as breathtaking. Imagine if we could see Ben Kadow or Kevin Rodrigues in it!

Kadow alert!

Sit down for a few seconds of ultra-violence!

The black magic number

One knew it was coming, and one could only whish it would hit as hard as the first two times, but what we see here are Hockey and Benny Magliano really coming together and reaching some sort of maturity in what they want to present us with, in between refined brutality and accidental beauty… And, well, they got Andrew Allen, so could it even go wrong!?

F.A., le film!

Or a compilation of about everything the Fucking Awesome camp has produced in terms of visual gems, even the most rare stuff, maybe enough to keep you waiting for news, especially in the Hockey corner!? Winking emoticon…

Sup!??

The ever explosive Cyrus, Roman in full finesse, a Max Palmer at his best, pretty much every New-Yorker you dig and a Touzery for the grand finale… Wait, you haven't cicked, yet!?

Hockey II

6' 35, or where we find out that Ben Kadow can reach quasi Gonz-esque moments, just like that, at full speed at the bottom of a SF hill… On top of multiple proofs of a tremendous determination, even on the most dangerous ideas, even on the kind of switch that could only get you hurt. Oh, and that Andrew Allen kid is quite good, too…

Pussy Gangster

They here, they all here, and it is now official: Supreme Paris is real! Under the eye of Strobeck, you know you are in for multiple watch, and moments soon to be cult, but here's just one spoiler: you should not get closer to Greg Cuadrado's blood stream anytime soon!

Sequence 1

John Wilson and buddies: the perfect recipe… Here, we have a Nick Boserio at his best in spots aggression, an always unexpected Max Palmer, and the Cyrus Bennett we all love! Let's note also the improbable wallie kickflip…

Musique de nuit

Sure the casting is pretty much perfect to scavenge the streets of any metropolis once the sun is gone, from Al Davis to Aaron Herrington, but, in the end, we will remember two things: how Ben Kadow tried to pulverize a curb by applying a frontside slappy to it, and mainly, mainly the sound of that very last Zered Basset line. Well, that and Kim fuckin' Gordon…

Sickness

The kids aren't kids anymore, and you see it in each and every other trick! Kevin Bradley knocks out a couple staple spots in San Francisco with his trademark "relaxed to the max" style and Van Engelen establish full authority in just one line. Seat down, you're gonna love it!
