D.J. Dub's tip: "Dub"

Philadelphia, P.A.'s M.V.P. crew Sabotage is back with "Dub", a web clip orchestrated and executed by Brian Panebianco who - side note - happens to kill it on both ends of the lens. Kevin Liedtke and Tyler Dietterich are, officially, the primary focus of this new production but in reality, most everyone part of or tight with the crew has at least a clip, from Mark Suciu to Jamal Smith or say, Dylan Sourbeer, Ishod Wair or Kevin Bilyeu. Quite improbably, Sabotage just seems to (somehow) better itself with every new output - both the skating and editing are as sharp as they get, as though since the locals lost LOVE Park (a classic spot the decline of which has been documented by, notably, Euro Jon), a certain rage drove them to go all out on rampages through the entirety of the city of brotherly love. Even those who only made it as far away as across the street, to skate Muni, could teach a class of ledge finesse or six - maybe twelve.

Unknown Artist - Track 04

The fourth installment in "Untitled", Chris Mulhern's series of web clips for Alien Workshop, just came out via TransWorld and consists in ten minutes of skateboarding in and around Philadelphia with notably a full part for Yaje Popson, creatives lines by Mark Del Negro, swift ledge moves from Kevin Liedtke, and more stylish eccentricities authored by Kris Brown and Joey O'Brien. Optimal spot utilization, original maneuvers galore and the type of style that can't be sold!

Hot line(s)

We were already bringing up Josh Stewart earlier today, as the independent filmmaker from Florida was recently invited to the Croatian Vladimir Film Festival, for its 2019 iteration which actually just came to an end and LIVE already has covered, here (quite the must-see for any respectable fan of the "STATIC" video series).

Well, now the unstoppable work pace of the man is made obvious again as, in between trips and exhibitions, he just happens to be the author of this new montage for Dial Tone (the wheel brand for those who miss the original telephones). If you aren't familiar, then just look at that line-up: you're in for new, excellent footage of - amongst others - Jahmal Williams, Ben Gore, Kevin Liedtke, Alexis Sablone, Christian Maalouf, Brian Powderly and Jordan Trahan; and it all rolls beautifully, as though captured on everyone's oh-so-impertinent daily routine.

The animations are by Cosme Studio.

Still cold?

Postcard from Love Park

The Sabotage gang is back and, as you would expect, they still localize the mythical Phillly spot (but not only…) and even innovate in the way to skate it! Good stuff, we say.

Punchy!

That's the least you could say about the way he skateboards, topped by a nice diversity in the tricks and spots he chooses!

Roots radical

So, yep, Kevin Lietdke is not afraid of neither gravely gaps, not the the rusty rails that populate his surroundings, but what we will remember, in the end, are the lines, at Love park but not only, demonstrating consistency but also a solid bag of tricks!
