Willem van Dijk

Pop-orama

With summer, The Pop homies find their color back! At least a chunck of them… For one of those punchy edits they are known for, filmed on their home turf, and therefore full of those bloody bricks, the one that hurt your ears rolling on, and this time hurt your eyes from how red they are!

Pop rock

As hinted yesterday by our GALERIE feature, made of the photos of Davy Van Laere and Hugo Snelooper, The Pop heads drop an edit celebrating their collab' with Carhartt, and use it as an excuse to team up and explore rural parts of Holland. No chance you would be tired of seeing those spots, yet! Maybe their best production, yet…

Booticelliboys in Thaïholland

On paper, given the number of paved floors that can be heard and seen, the video probably takes place a little more in Holland than in Thailand. Although they have added some exotic touches, the Booticelli boys play at home for this video. In this case, at least it guaranteed quality guests with some guys from Pop that we know well at LIVE like Noah Bunink and Willem Van Dijk, but also the intrepid Glen Fox who is no longer to present. Far from huge bangers everywhere, guys keep a cool, friendly identity and always take pleasure in filming with cameras probably older than me.

Magenta "Balade" / Meeting... Vivien Feil!

Finally on your screens, for you to watch no sooner than right now, right here: the new Magenta full-length, "Balade", prominently filmed in the United States of America but not exclusively. The resulting mix is a twenty-minute long upbeat edit - perfect to watch before skating - that was put together pretty spontaneously, actually. You know how LIVE works by now: the opportunity was too great not to try and ask the busy Vivien Feil (one of the founding fathers of the brand, besides offspring duties of a more organic type) what's up and surprise, he did manage to find the time to come through with answers aplenty for you to absorb alongside the video, making for a solid package we are stoked to present you today!

#PFW clip

Where most Fashion Week warriors would leave town most likely feeling hangover just from vague memories of parties they never even attended, we already know the Pop heads always bring back home a sick edit, wether it poured rain, snow, champagne or street beers… Despite celebrating Hugo Snelooper's b-day, beer mouthwash and all… Mission accomplished!

A sparking 2018!

A yearful of Pop, what does it adds up to, in the end? Well, to a good chunk of disparate and not always obvious spots from all around Europe, all tackled in good spirits… Proof, here, obviously!

Brit Pop!

Or when the Pop heads do London… They do it right, as you would expect! Oh, and you'll witness one of the beautifullest mob flip you'll ever see… Trust us.

Pop trap!

Could trap be those modern days pop music!? For better, and most often than not, worst? Sure… But, not this time, as this compilation of Jan Maarten Sneep footie is more than déjà vu with déjà heard on top, and gives us many unseen clips of Noah BuninkAlex Raeymaekers and the rest of the boys. And, at the end, Willem van Dijk stays chief.

Parking Fashion Week

Where the Pop Trading Company boys manage to bring back a full edit from a week in Paris marked by heavy and endless rain… We've told you before they were more or less weatherproof, and also actually enjoying each other company even if locked up for days in the grimiest parking garages in town. In between Parisian parties! Also note that our very own Aymeric got a line, here!

Electro Pop!

Looking for a best-of of the year Pop Clips? Well, here it is! Hell, they even threw some of that music young people listen to on top of it!

"The Sound of Success"

In the port of Amsterdam, there is one hell of a gang that goes under one of the best crew moniker in the world… And they just released a full video, full of great skaters (including many a Pop homie) and of the weird spots we dig, mainly made of red or grey bricks or slabs of many sizes. They also have adopted that Glen Fox fellow which takes here the opportunity to drop one of his best parts so far, including quite the handful of hammers in there… This should put you in the right mood for the week-end!

Grey country…

If one would believe Pop Clips, Holland seems like a little sad, at least when it comes to the color palette… But, when it comes to real fun looking spots to skate with the crew, that seems like heaven. Where does the true truth lie!?
