Igor Fardin

8 ball!

We barely had time to recover from the seventh episode, that Romain Batard dazzles us with an eighth Giddy. And this time the cast that travels through the streets of Paris is even bigger than as usual. We even have the right to a little touch of romanticism that makes everything so harmonious. Add a rather serious featuring by Steve Malet!

Euro Giddy!

If you ever wonder who's is really on one in French skateboarding at the moment, the best response we could offer you would be the keys to hack Romain Batard's hard-drives… They all here: Parisians, non-Parisians, tourists, visitors and dabblers! We will set aside the Taveira case, here, as he steals the show here –as in every other skate edit these days– to highlight Felipe Bartolome that appears here with no more mane and in great form!

Tav' alert!

So, the actual idea that Remy Taveira might fucking talented on a skateboard comes as no scoop, that's for sure… But this Guillaume Perimony project for Carhartt WIP raises the bar quite high in the "Great part form Remy" category! And, for this one he's got a supporting cast that adds up seriously, as nobody seems into staying in the shadows. Let's notably note the Classiest Australian in the World, Josh Pall. Yep, this is very sick and perfect to kick off the week-end!

Buda heat

Most likely lured in by the RIOS fire, here we find three Belgian citizens in Budapest, and a great trio at that mixing both talent and diversity in their skill set… They even seem to be (more or less) unaffected by the heatwave they faced there.

The Warriors & Colour Group in Japan / PREMIERE

As announced yesterday, with Alan Maag's GALERIE, here we are –finally– presenting you the adventures of quite the crew (mixing some of our favorite Swiss rippers and their international friends) in Japan. Sure, they do hit the classic spots, but most notably do their fair share of exploring, thanks to their local connections. Yes, they did skate with the Japanese… All that said, this must be one of the best edits we have been proud to introduce to you guys, as a PREMIERE!

The Warriors & Colour Group in Japan / Galerie

We will present, as a PREMIERE, tomorrow the result of a trip to Japan by two Swiss crews together… Photographer and initiater of the whole thing, Alan Maag, tells and shows more, in the meantime…

Sunday Night Special

Here is a perfect watch to end a week-end, and maybe put it back in perspective. Here is the Carhartt WIP team back in Mongolia, ten years later. Sure, the line-up has changed, but the country also, and and quite… Where skaters find out that this brave new world is designed for them. More or less.

The sounds of summer

This part excerpt from Routine Bondage, dedicated to the infamous Swiss Warriors, reminds us all the good times that come during the summer as a crew (because this is what the Warriors are, primarily!): that one big trick because, well, why not; the silly tattoo because everybody did it, the partying on a highway parking lot, somewhere on the way to a far away spot…

Niaks Tour / Premiere

Let's stay in Warriorland territories, with this roadtrip the "Niaks" heads (Vincent Coupeau, Guillaume Caraccioli, Carl Sansac and Dimitri Kostoff) took from their Paris suburbs all the way to Italy via Switzerland, and Igor Fardin floor… This should get you very excited about finding a summer destination that will give you that many opportunities to meet such diverse people and spots on the way… A Guillaume Périmony production, exclusively on Live!

Niaks Tour / Galerie

Somewhere around Paris suburbs, you can find a place quite similar in many ways to the Land of the Warriors, only hundred of miles away from it… This had to be the place where a mission would aim from to go explore those far territories, in between Helvetia and Italy… Vincent Coupeau, Guillaume Caraccioli, Carl Sansac and Dimitri Kostoff, along with Guillaume Périmony, went and met up with Igor Fardin, bathing in both sun and water along the way. Thibault Lenours was also part of the trip, and while waiting for the video –exclusively on Live tonight– here are his visual memories from the trip…

Warriors "Alice in Warriorland"

We showed you, as a Live exclusive, Martino Cattaneo's part yesterday, full of surprises and unexpected tricks, in the great tradition of the Lugano based Warriors. Well, here is the full length, which should help you ease out into a mellow Sunday evening… Uhm, maybe.
