"The Stack" / Northern Co. in Paris / PREMIERE

In the desperate effort to taste new grounds, some of the most savory cuisine the old continent has to offer - ranging from every almond chocolate croissant one can cram into a pocket to the most exotic cheap street pizza - and endless cruises around the skate Mecca of Saint-Maur-des-Fossés, Northern Co. team riders Jesse NarvaezJameel Douglas and Tobin Valverde hopped on a plane (or two) to Paris last summer and stacked many a thing up to the ceiling - including clips!

Today, LIVE Skateboard Media is presenting this exclusive montage of some of what went down... Stay tuned with @northernco and @liveskateboardmedia for more news!

D.J. Dub's tip : "Pas de problème"...

The former freelancer for SuGaR back when the magazine was still reviewing records (reviewing what?) is back, and once again naively thought he'd be the one to let us know on the recent online drop of this new edit by Makke Bengtsson, most notably the immaculate filmer for the just-as-immaculate Swedish Poetic Collective. On the menu: his friends' holidays in Copenhagen, including - amongst a list of others - the unextinguishable Léo Valls as well as Le Rollersurfer, aka. Ben Koppl...

"DOOM FILES" / PREMIERE

Maybe you remember "Doomed Tapes", the Bordeaux full-length by transplant Pierre Patissou we presented to you alongside a few words from its author here, not that long ago.

"Doom Files" (or "Doomed Files"; we've been told both and are now completely lost) is its direct spiritual successor, still rooted in the same region, featuring many of the same heads. But it looks a lot different now as since "Doom Tapes", Pierre's VX-1000 died and it's now a HD set-up that keeps his heart beating...

PLAY!

"PLAY!" is the name of a new exhibition of colorful, ephemeral and skatable structures soon to be scattered throughout Bordeaux, here and there from June 20th to August 20th, 2019. An initiative pushed by local non-profit organization Board'O as part as the municipal program "Liberté !", conceived by Leo Valls and Nicolas Malinowsky who again ponder the evolution of the quantity of space left within the urban environment for playful, skateboarding purposes and other fundamental individual liberties. As a teaser for this summer, here's a skate clip filmed by Doug Guillot, Pierre David and Yentl Touboul inside the Bordeaux National Opera - pretty please!
